Igue Festival 2018

The Chicago Annual Igue Festival 2018 was full of cultural appreciation and community. The focus of the festival was the purification of the EACHI community and the welcoming of peace, harmony, and blessings for the new year.

    EACHI had the honor of participating in the Annual Bud Billiken Parade for the first time. It is a great celebration in Chicago, IL.

      Igue Festival Symposium 2007

      The Igue Festival Symposium held in Detroit, Michigan was an event focused on honoring the culture of the Benin Peoples through educational lectures, a Fashion Show on the Traditional and Ceremonial Dress, and having very special Guests of Honor:

      The Princess Evbakhavbokun Erediuwa, The First Princess of the Benin Kingdom

      and 

      Chief S. O. Igbe, the Prime Minister of the Benin Kingdom
