EACHI is thrilled to present the First Annual Gala Night. This event will be an opportunity to advance Edo Culture through Education, Language and Arts. It will be an opportunity to learn from the various guest speakers, have an enjoyable time with the Edo and Chicago Community, while also monetarily supporting the manifestation of the EACHI Mission.
We are honored and humbled to have with us as the Father of the Day, the Oba of the Benin Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Omo N'Oba N'Edo Uku Akpolokpolo Oba Ewuare II.
Our Guest of Honor is Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki. Mr. Obaseki is a Nigerian politician and currently serving as the executive Governor of Edo State. He was sworn in as the governor on the 12th of November, 2016. He was the Chairman of the Edo State Economic and Strategy Team inaugurated by former Governor Adams Oshiomole in March 2009.
Our Keynote Speaker is the High Priest Osemwegie Ebohon, the founder of the Ebohon Cultural Centre in Benin City and a Native Doctor, Herbalist, Mystic and Psychotherapist.
